Maple Syrup Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
